Challenge

To increase frequency of patronage by taxi drivers to refuel with Autogas at the Unigas Melbourne Airport station.


Solution

The Unigas Rewards card aimed at providing taxi drivers with incentives for refuelling more often at the Melbourne Airport filling station. A rewards card was issued to drivers as they filled up offering a free cup of coffee for 5 fills and a free car wash for 10 fills. Eye catching point of sale material was deployed to raise awareness of the scheme.

Challenge

When KFC Gundagai first opened, many of the locals were unaware of the new store opening as it was difficult to spot being situated behind a service centre on the busy Hume Hwy.


Solution

BT developed a tactical Local Store Marketing VIP card which was attached to a letter from the store manager inviting locals to meet the new team. This was distributed to the entire township with the card offering a number of exclusive deals for the residents to enjoy and a map to point them in the right direction. This resulted in an immediate increase of awareness and visits by the local community.

Challenge

Australian Vintage provides many Press Releases during the year to communicate the launch of new varieties, limited releases or new news from the vineyards. In an industry that is extremely cluttered gaining cut-through in PR is difficult.


Solution

BT developed a way to ensure the relevant wine writers would read the press releases and write informatively and favourably about the wines.
